Our platform minds your inventory so you don’t lose your mind.

As a busy Amazon seller, it’s easy to find yourself sitting on inventory. But what most sellers don’t know is that they could actually be sitting on thousands of dollars in reimbursements instead. In fact, it’s been shown that roughly 3% of Amazon seller inventory goes unaccounted for. And that’s where we come in.

Our proprietary algorithm tracks and analyzes every single line item, while our quarterly audits review a full 18 months of back-data (the Amazon max) to ensure no product—or dollar—is left behind.

Selling outside the US? You're in good hands. Refund Sniper services all Amazon markets—globally.

Quarterly audits include:

  • Missing From Inbound

  • Damaged Inventory (in warehouse)

  • Damaged Inventory (in transit)

  • Lost Inventory (in warehouse)

  • Lost Inventory (in transit)

  • Discrepant Inventory

  • Inventory Disposals

  • Inventory Not Fully Reimbursed

  • Uncredited Inventory (post Amazon status changes)

  • Bait & Switch Returns*

  • Incorrectly Refunded Customer Returns*

*These issues require working together with our clients on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to reach out to us for more info.

Say goodbye to hidden inventory and hidden fees.

Unlike other companies, Refund Sniper does not charge a monthly fee, an audit fee, or any other hidden fees or surprises. We simply charge a percentage of whatever it is we successfully get reimbursed.

In addition, the funds from the various claims and invoices that Refund Sniper executes are deposited directly into your Seller Central account. We bill outside of that as a 3rd party, sending you quarterly reports covering everything your account was reimbursed for based on our efforts during that time frame. We also make sure all of the information is capable of being tracked directly back to your Seller Central account for full transparency and accuracy.
